US Standard: Free shipping 2-5 working days
EU, Standard: Free shipping 2-5 working days
Non EU Standard:$15, €11 – 3-7 working days
UK Standard: Free shipping 2-5 working days
Sweden Posten: Free shipping 1-3 working days
We will endeavor to deliver all products you have ordered within the time period specified on your Shipping Confirmation e-mail.
Orders received Monday through Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of the next business day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday are usually processed on Monday or by the end of business day Tuesday. All orders must be shipped to a street address. No PO box addresses allowed. All products and packaging should be carefully inspected upon receipt and any damage should be brought to the carriers attention.
Please note that the shipping rates are not inclusive of any import fees that you could be charged with when the package reaches your destination country and since duties and taxes vary by country, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.
If you order more than one item and one or more of your items are backordered, your in-stock item/s will be shipped per our normal processing time. Your backordered item/s will be shipped separately with no additional charge when they become available. Incorrect or undeliverable addresses and refused shipments resulting in an item being returned to us, you will be charged for shipping fees.

Returns & Replacements
- Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 days of having received it. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be return unused. All original packaging, price labels etc shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. Send the package with the dispatch number so that it can be traced.
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us on store.manfredofsweden.com as soon as possible to reserve another product/size. Products may only be exchanged for other products available from store.manfredofsweden.com. Goods can be returned in two different ways, both of which are described below. All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
How to make a return
When returning goods by post please ensure that you fill in and enclose the returns form. The returns form will have been enclosed in your delivery. If you have not received one or lose it, please contact us. If you wish to send back the whole or part of the order we will refund the amount you have paid. If you paid by card, the amount will be refunded to the card that you used for payment. If you paid by invoice then the money will be refunded into your account. You will find the address for returns on the returns form. We will not refund the cost of return-shipping costs.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT – DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS If the product is damaged or do not correspond with how the product was presented on store.manfredofsweden.com, you have the right to enter a claim.
HOW TO ENTER A CLAIM
Please contact store.manfredofsweden.com as soon as you discover the fault. We will first try to see if it is possible to repair or remedy the fault. If this is not possible then we will replace the product. If we are unable to replace the product or remedy the fault then we will refund the money. If you can send a photograph of the damage/error this will speed up the process. When we have received the product and approved the claim you will be informed and a new product along with compensation return-shipping costs will be sent to you, or we will refund you for the product and the return-shipping costs.
Create an Account
Click the My Account icon which appears at the bottom of every page Click the Create an Account Follow the prompts to create your account. You will receive an e-mail confirming the setting up of your account.
A product's availability is clearly noted on the Product Detail page as "In Stock" or "Out of Stock". Items on our site are either in stock and ready to ship or temporarily out-of-stock and available as on backorder. For more information please read the details below.
Most orders for In-Stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your "In Stock" item will be shipped once your payment is approved, the item is located in stock and the receiving address is verified.
For example, if you order an In-Stock item on Monday that leaves the warehouse in 1-3 full business days, it will leave the warehouse by end-of-day Wednesday. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday.
Out of Stock Items
Out of stock items can be pre-purchased / backordered in advance of their availability. An Out-of-Stock / Backordered item will receive priority processing when new stock arrives. Your order will be shipped directly to you once it is in stock. You will be notified of the status of your order as soon as it is shipped, via e-mail.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Paypal - PayPal allows secure payment with your PayPal account or credit card. You will be redirected to PayPal to finalize your order when checking out. More information about PayPal is available at www.paypal.com.
Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include delivery charges. We retain the right to adjust incorrect prices. Prices shown on the Site are in Euros, Swedish Kronor, British Pounds or American Dollars depending on your destination country. All prices include applicable Swedish VAT for customers inside the European Union. Purchases made by customers outside the European Union are exempt from value added tax. 20 % of the total amount will be deducted from the total when you select your country at the checkout.
Promotion codes are limited to one time per customer and cannot be combined with other offers, if not otherwise explicitly stated. Promotion codes and offers are only valid within the explicitly set time or as far as we have stock and not applicable to previously placed orders.
Orders are shipped by Fedex, except orders to Sweden which will be sent by Posten (Swedish postal service).
Click the Account link visible at the bottom of every page. Under Registered Customers follow the prompts to login to your account. From the Account Information dashboard click My Orders . Click view order for more information or to track the shipment.
Updating Account Information
To change your account information, click on “my account” at the bottom of the page. Once you enter your login information you will be brought to your account page, which has a sidebar menu to the left of the screen under the heading “MY ACCOUNT”.
- To change the way your name appears or your email address, click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Account Information”.
- To change your billing or shipping address click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Address Book”. This will bring you to your address page, where you will have the options to click on “Edit Address”, “Delete Address”, or “Add Address”.
- To subscribe or unsubscribe to the manfredofsweden newsletter, click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Newsletter Subscriptions”, where you will have the option to subscribe, or click the box which says unsubscribe.
