You are always entitled to an exchange and/or refund within 14 days after that you have received your package.
The product/products must be returned unused and in mint condition. All tags and original packaging must be included.
The following cases cannot be returned:
Products that have been clearly used, we are not responsible for any damage that is caused by your dog to any of the merchandise.
Products from our Special Offers /sales /one shots page.
Custom made orders.
If your order arrives damaged or defective you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. If the box appears damaged upon receipt, do not sign for or accept the package, it will be returned to us. Returns may take one to three weeks to process and at least one billing cycle (one month) for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
There are some rules, so please take time and read attentively the following:
Unwashed, unworn or defective products may be returned within 14 days from the day you received your order.
All products must be returned in their original condition and in their original product packaging, all tags and labels must be included or the merchandise will be returned to sender.
All returns/ exchanges require a prior Return Merchandise Authorization from manfredofsweden.com Please contact us to retrive a Return Merchandise Authorization.
Note that we also want a printout attached to the package even if you submit the form online.
If you do not have access to a printer to send only the form online and attach a note with the returned package on which you write your name & address and invoice or order-id.
Any item returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization will not be processed and will be returned to the customer at customers own expense.
Pack the product/products in a box.
Do not send items back by putting an address note directly on it. The product is in that case ruined and the exchange or refund will therefore not be accepted.
In case of exchange or refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will not be repayed.
By sending your package for return you must enclose the Return Merchandise Authorization which you received with your order and on witch you will fill out.

If you wish an exchange or a refund of your money. We offer exchanges but we cannot guarantee that the product/s you want to exchange will be in stock when the exchange is processed. We can then either send you a credit note and inform you when your wanted product is in stock or refund your money. Refunds will be credited to original credit card only. Shipping is not refundable, unless the purchased product has an evident manufacture default
At the occasion of exchange or refund, please contact us by mail or phone to recieve information of what address the product/products shall be returned to. Also state if you want us to reserve another size/product for you. After you have received the return address from us, send the package together with a note where you state your name, order number and a short description of the matter. For example if you want to exchange for another item/size or if you want your money refunded.
